I started At Ease because I was sick of the zombie mode. After years in 2RAR I knew what my body was carrying, but the system kept putting walls between me and the treatment I was entitled to. I eventually found the pathway — but it took longer than it should have, and it was harder than it needed to be.

I built this team so you don't have to fight the admin battle alone. We're not a clinic. We're not a pharmacy. We're veterans who know how to navigate the system — and we're standing behind you while you do it.

At Ease is a veteran-led support and referral service. We help veterans understand their DVA entitlements and connect them with independent medical providers where appropriate. We are not a clinic, prescriber, or pharmacy.

No. Some services relate to existing claims, others are clinical assessments or new treatment pathways. We'll explain what applies to your situation before any referral is made.

Importantly — even if you don't have an existing DVA claim or accepted condition, you may still be eligible for assessment. DVA-funded pain and mental health treatment pathways (including PAMPT) are available to eligible veterans where a service-related condition is present. If you don't have a DVA card yet, we can walk you through getting a White Card — quickly.

Nothing. At Ease Veteran Solutions does not charge veterans for any of our services. Any costs associated with medical services are explained clearly before you proceed. We do our best to ensure you're never out of pocket.

Depending on your individual circumstances, we can assist with referrals for: General Practice & diagnostic assessments, Psychiatry & psychology, Pain management, certain natural therapies (subject to clinical assessment and DVA funding consideration), Claims support & medico-legal reports, and Mental health outpatient treatment. Services are available face-to-face at 22 clinic locations nationally.

DVA considers funding certain natural therapies on a case-by-case basis, where clinically appropriate and following independent assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. This is not guaranteed, and suitability is determined entirely by the treating clinician — not by At Ease. For more information, see the DVA website and the TGA website.

No. Registering your interest does not commit you to any treatment or services. You're in control at every step. Our job is to give you clear information — what you do with it is up to you.

No. All services are provided by licensed medical professionals following proper assessment. There are no shortcuts, guarantees, or automatic approvals. Suitability for any treatment is determined independently by the treating clinician — not by At Ease. DVA funding is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
