At Ease is a referral and advocacy service. We are not a medical clinic, prescriber, or pharmacy. We help veterans navigate their DVA entitlements and connect them with appropriate clinical partners.

We collect personal information necessary to facilitate your access to DVA-funded services and veteran support. This includes:

  • Identity data: Your name and phone number, and where provided, your email address.
  • Government data: DVA card type and status (Gold/White Card) to assess service eligibility.
  • Health information: General information regarding your condition or circumstances (e.g., service-related injuries, general health concerns) to determine which services or pathways may be relevant to you. We do not collect or store detailed clinical records.
  • Location data: Your state or territory, to connect you with appropriate clinic locations.
  • Communication data: Records of communications between you and our team (phone, SMS, email) for service continuity and quality assurance.
We collect only what is necessary. We do not collect payment information, Medicare numbers, or clinical records.

  • Assess your eligibility for DVA-funded services and identify relevant entitlements.
  • Contact you by phone or SMS regarding your enquiry and any follow-up steps.

Note: At Ease Veteran Solutions has commercial arrangements with the clinical partners we refer veterans to. This does not affect how your personal data is collected, used, or shared.
