Section 01

Our Services

At Ease Veteran Solutions ("At Ease," "we," "us," or "our") provides administrative support, DVA advocacy, and referral services to assist Australian veterans in understanding and accessing their DVA entitlements and DVA-funded health services.

Important: We are not a medical clinic and do not provide medical advice. At Ease is a referral and advocacy service only. All clinical decisions — including suitability for any treatment — rest entirely with qualified healthcare professionals and the relevant clinical provider.

By engaging our services or submitting your details through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Section 02

Eligibility

Our referral and advocacy services are available to Australian veterans and, in some cases, their family members. This includes holders of DVA Gold and White Cards, as well as veterans who may be eligible for a DVA card but have not yet applied.

Eligibility for specific clinical services or treatments is determined solely by registered medical practitioners — not by At Ease Veteran Solutions. We assess general suitability for referral based on the information you provide us, but this does not constitute a clinical assessment or a guarantee of any treatment outcome.

Section 03

No Guarantee of Outcome

While At Ease facilitates the administrative intake and referral process, the final decision regarding any clinical assessment, prescription, or DVA funding approval rests with the treating doctor and the Department of Veterans' Affairs respectively.

  • We cannot guarantee a specific medical outcome, treatment approval, or DVA funding decision.
  • DVA funding for any service or treatment is assessed by DVA on an individual, case-by-case basis.
  • Suitability for any clinical pathway is determined independently by the treating clinician, not by At Ease.
Registering your interest with At Ease does not commit you to any treatment or service. You are under no obligation to proceed at any stage.

Commercial Arrangement

At Ease Veteran Solutions has commercial arrangements with certain clinical and service partners. These arrangements do not influence the information or advocacy we provide to veterans, and you are under no obligation to engage with any partner we introduce you to. Section 05

Liability

At Ease Veteran Solutions is not liable for the clinical care, prescribing decisions, or outcomes provided by third-party partner clinics or healthcare professionals. All medical queries, concerns, or complaints relating to clinical care should be directed to the relevant treating provider.

To the extent permitted by law, At Ease's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the re-performance of those services.

Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering your interest or speaking with our team.
  • Not misrepresent your service history, DVA card status, or health circumstances.
  • Understand that referrals made by At Ease are based on the information you provide and do not constitute medical advice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
