2. Eligibility Our services are available to holders of DVA Gold and White Cards. Eligibility for specific treatments (Tier 1 or Tier 2) is determined solely by registered medical practitioners, not by At Ease Veteran Solutions.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome While we facilitate the administrative intake process, the final decision regarding prescriptions and DVA funding approval rests with the treating doctor and the Department of Veterans' Affairs. We cannot guarantee a specific medical outcome or funding approval.
4. Liability At Ease Veteran Solutions is not liable for the clinical care provided by third-party partner clinics. All medical queries should be directed to your treating doctor.
